MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. The financial effect from using the artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Sber was over 350 bln rubles ($3.8 bln) in 2023, CEO Herman Gref said at a videoconference.
“The financial effect from application of the artificial intelligence technology in Sber was over 350 bln rubles in 2023, and 800 bln rubles ($8.7 bln) over three years [from 2021 to 2023 – TASS],” Gref said.
In November 2023, Sber researchers presented the GigaChat artificial intelligence system. Sberbank also rolled out more than 200 artificial intelligence models helping to prepare a client’s portrait, plan, keep records and decide on debt settlements.
