Hexart, initially targeting 300 certificates annually, has exceeded expectations with 6000+ participants and 3500+ certifications, emphasising its success in skilling students and fostering interest in emerging technologies. The programme collaborated with 40+ schools and colleges, underscoring its commitment to widespread educational impact.
‘Begin. Again.’ Initiative: Reshaping Tech Landscape for Returning Women
Hexagon’s “Begin. Again.” initiative addressed the imperative of supporting women re-entering the corporate workforce, particularly in the technology and R&D sectors. Launched as part of Hexagon’s Diversity and Acceptance focus, the programme provided a structured pathway for women to re-enter the technology workplace.
It offers well-paid internships with clear career progression and aims to bridge resource gaps by facilitating reskilling and confidence-building. The initiative has already seen success, with over 350 applications and women re-entering tech roles in software development, QA, and DevOps, highlighting its positive impact on gender diversity in the industry.
