Frontier technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), have become important to e-commerce businesses worldwide. In 2023, Italian e-commerce managers gave insight into their satisfaction level with frontier technologies in their field. More than half of respondents were neutral on their satisfaction, with less than 30 percent being satisfied with their experience. More than 20 percent were either unsatisfied or completely unsatisfied with the technologies.
