This collaboration marks the tech company’s attempt to deliver enhanced employee and customer experiences. LTIMindtree underscored that this new AI development will redefine enterprise effectiveness and enable greater personalisation.
Additionally, the company said its generative AI-powered employee engagement applications utilises Microsoft Azure OpenAI service and Azure cognitive search, enabling a range of AI-led capabilities including content summarisation, graph-led knowledge structuring and an innovative copilot.
