We are just a few hours away from the start of one of the most important events of the year for Apple, probably the most important for most of the company’s workers. WWDC24 is an event that lasts a whole week and in which dozens of tutorials are given, in addition to presenting lots of software related news.

Apple’s global developer conference usually focuses on the company’s software, although it is not unusual to find hardware news. Last year, Apple presented its Vision Pro during the event, but it seems that this year we will not have anything new in the form of a device during WWDC24.
Without a doubt, iOS 18 will be the star of the event. The new iPhone operating system aims to be one of the best updates in recent years, with interesting design changes and many new features related to artificial intelligence. These will be some of the new features that will arrive with iOS 18:
The iPad operating system will also be one of the great beneficiaries of all the new features that Apple presents, inheriting all the improvements that we will see in iOS 18. Not too many specific news have been leaked of the next iPad operating system, although it seems that we will finally have a Calculator app and that, thanks to the new accessibility features, we can control the iPad with our eyes.
In macOS 15 we will have many interesting changes related to AIjust like in iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, as an improvement to Siri, and System settings app design changes. Hopefully Apple will improve many of the apps as well, although only the most modern and powerful Macs may be able to access many of the new features.
After a quite revolutionary watchOS 10, watchOS 11 is expected to be quite conservative and that we will not have too many improvements. Still, we hope new spheres, more types of training and some improvement in health. Siri may also be better thanks to the application of AI.
He Apple Vision Pro will also release new software from which we expect a lot. We’re likely to see more apps designed natively for Apple’s space computer, UI changes to allow apps to be reordered, and many other things Apple might be thinking about. visionOS is Apple’s newest system and the one that can improve the most.
