AI supercomputing center will be established in Armenia. The total budget for the Project is around $8,5M. Based on the latest technologies, it will be the first in the region, Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hakob Arshakyan informs.
According to him, the program is the implementation of the priority recorded during the meeting of the PM Nikol Pashinyan and the Founder and CEO of NVIDIA Jensen Huang that took place months ago in Yerevan.
“As the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, I proposed to adopt the program of the Artificial Intelligence Supercomputing Center in the 2024 budget, which has been approved by the Government, and will soon be discussed in the National Assembly,” Arshakyan said in a Facebook post.
