Harry would batter William in royal boxing matchup, claims AI – and Brits agree

The British public believe Prince Harry would best his older brother, Prince William, should the pair hold a boxing bout – so we asked AI to predict the winner.

Brits were asked who out of two individuals would win in some dream match-ups including Coleen Rooney vs Rebekah Vardy and Elon Musk vs Mark Zuckerberg. The latter has already been tipped to happen, the Daily Star reported.

But should the royal duo step into the ring, Brits believe the Duke of Sussex would get one over on the Prince of Wales. A fairly close contest followed, though a winner was found.

The Duke of Sussex won with just 51% of the British vote, and AI agrees with the public.

Google’s artificial intelligence bot Bard broke down the duo’s strengths and weaknesses, giving William a height advantage but Harry’s youthful endurance may see him through.

Bard said: “Both Harry and William have taken boxing lessons, but it is difficult to say who is the more skilled boxer, as they have never fought each other in the ring,” the bot wrote. It did, however, indicate who the more likely victor was.

It alleged: “Overall, it seems that Prince William has a slight advantage in terms of size, reach, and weight. However, Prince Harry is younger and may be faster. Ultimately, the outcome of a boxing match between the two brothers would likely come down to their skill level and determination.”

Recent polling from Mighty Tips had the Duke of Sussex pencilled in as the winner, with 51% of those polled believing the younger of the two would come out victorious. But Google Bard made it clear a fight would be necessary to figure out a real victor.

It added: “Prince William has a slight height and weight advantage over Prince Harry, but Harry is younger and has more military experience. Harry has also said that he enjoys boxing and has been training with a professional boxer.”

“The only way to know for sure is if the two brothers actually stepped into the ring together.” Whether the duo do step in the ring, after rounds of allegedly private back-and-forth over Prince Harry’s autobiography, Spare, is yet to be seen.

There is rumoured bad blood between the two to fuel a fight behind the scenes for the Royal Family. The Daily Star previously reported the fallout from Harry’s book Spare, where William pushed his younger brother. According to Harry, the pair were rowing over his wife Meghan Markle.
