Aware of the risk in terms of privacy, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) has published some recommendations to take into account to safely use these tools.
1. Understand and review what the ChatBot offers
Before interacting with a chatbot, and asking it questions or tasks, it is important to understand its purpose . Chatbots are used in various contexts, from providing product information to providing technical support.
