TCS Partners with Europ Assistance for IT Operations

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global IT services provider and consulting firm has announced a strategic partnership with Europ Assistance. Europ Assistance is a leading global assistance and travel insurance company. The collaboration between these firms aims to revamp Europ Assistance’s global IT operating model, focusing on resilience, scalability, and user experience enhancement.

Europ Assistance provides a range of services including travel, mobility, home and family, health, and concierge services. The partnership with TCS seeks to align Europ Assistance’s IT ecosystem with its mission of delivering services ‘Anytime, Anywhere’ and supporting its continued growth.

As part of this multi-year agreement, TCS will extend its delivery centers across Europe and other geographies to provide Europ Assistance comprehensive enterprise IT application services. TCS will utilize its proprietary solution, ignio AlOps from the Digitate suite powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This solution transforms Europ Assistance’s IT operations, enhancing operational resilience, business agility, and overall system performance.
